Our website certificates work fine in Chrome & IE, Firefox reports:
"This Connection is Untrusted You have asked Firefox to connect securely to katy.com, but we can't confirm that your connection is secure....."

Technical Details: The certificate is not trusted because no issuer chain was provided.
    The error code is: sec_error_unknown_issuer

Google takes me to: https://support.comodo.com/index.ph...0/firefox-error-code-sec_error_unknown_issuer where I am told "install the Intermediates that came with your certificate. This is required as per the SSL/TLS RFC starting with RFC 2246"

Anyone have an idea how we go about doing this in cPanel? Comodo provided a .crt file and a .ca-bundle file, I have no idea where to paste this in cPanel.

    Hello :)

You should be able to upload the CRT file that your SSL issuer provides when installing through the cPanel interface. It typically includes the CABundle by default.

    Thank you.
