    Hi,

We have update cpanel service ssl certs. However, exim still sends the old cert. It has been restarted, yes, and the ssl interface shows the new cert is ok. Is this an error? Should we check other things?

    thanks

    edit: cpanel 11.30.5 build 2

    Hello :)

Could you clarify where the old certificate is still being used? For example, which logs show that?

    Thank you.

    Hi,

When i try to connect an account form outlook (some clients said so), from example, it gets the old cert. This new account has never been configured in outlook. However in whm it shows the new cert.

    Hello,

Just to make sure, have you used service ssl manager to configure new SSL cert for exim? Make sure an Exim restart after doing this so!

    Thank you,
    Nibin.

    Hi,

Yes, we used the ssl service manager, however in some boxs imap service was not restarted so the clients still received the not updated cert.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

Yes, we must ensure a service restart after updating the SSL certificate to have it available for clients!

    Thank you,
    Nibin.
