    When trying to access CGI files in "/public_html/cgi-bin" (interchange in this case) I get the following error message, although CGI Access IS TICKED for the account in WHM.

    ----------------------------------------------------
    Internal Server Error
    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
    Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@liveshells.net and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
    -----------------------------------------------------

    Anyone know how I can fix this?

    Check

    Hello,

    The "Internal Server Error" is basically has 100000+ reasons to Occour.

    First check the error_log for apache.
    Then the Shebang line #!/path/to/perl.
    check permissions on the cgi files (chmod 755)

    check ur suexec_log (that will give u more info on it).

    most imp is if your error_log shows "Premature End of Script Headers" the add a line in your cgi files after the shebang line as.
    ######
    use CGI;
    use CGI::Carp qw(warningsToBrowser fatalsToBrowser);
    ########

    It will display the error on the Brower itself.

    Try this if this does not help try pasting your error_log and suexec_log.

    Hope this helps!!!:)

    Regards,
