CGI access to other accounts?

    I have set up multiple user accounts under my root.

    I have a cgi script that reads a file using a server path:

    This works fine if the file is in domain-acct1.

    I would like to be able to have the script running in domain-acct1
    be able to access a file in domain-acct2

    like this:

    Is there any way in Cpanel to set up permissions so I can do that?
