I've installed a CGI @ the cgi-bin of one of my costumers and when the aplication runs, i get the 500 Error. Thi CGI has been tested @ otyher servers, and supose to bo OK. The permissios of the file are ok (775) for file.cgi and /home/user/publica_html/cgi-bin

    What else can be wrong?

Are you sure that is the right perms ?

You can run the following and see if it clears up :

    /scripts/fixsuexeccgiscripts
    and also,
    /scripts/enablefileprotect

Best thing to do is to scan apache's error_log file and see whats popping up. Its looking like incorrect permissions to me, in which case, the above * should * fix that.
