    Hi all. I have a client that is trying to install a program called "Coranto". He has a guy working on the install with him and they are having a problem. They say

    My question {I don't know anything of this program they are trying to install}, is whether it's possible that my server settings are something that may be causing their problem? I'm relatively new to cpanel, but have learned alot. I'm still leery about doing something on the server when I'm not sure about it though. Any help, or possible suggestions are appreciated.

    UPDATE: I have given this client and his tech SSH access and this is what they tell me:

    The programmer. he's sure that he has written:

    open(name, ">>$file"); and not open(name, ">$file");

    cuz if he only wants to add to the file he should use >>
    if he uses > the file gets overwritten..

    if the Formparsing is incorrect the script has no data to print to the file..

    keep me posted about his issue.. :)
