CGI scripts not running

There seem to be a problem with cgi scripts not running. This is happening at random and all I get is a blank page. No errors are displayed and the only way to fix this is to restart apache. Does anyone know why this is happening?

I am running WHM 6.4.2, Cpanel 6.4.2-S75, RedHat 7.3
This has happened with previous versions as well.
I have SuExec enabled.
