I tried the formmail script in the cgi center. It says the script is located in cgi-sys, however the only cgi folder I see is cgi-bin and it's not there. I tried manually setting up Matt's formmail in the cgi-bin, but I can't seem to get it to work. I have set it up before on other servers. It Cpanel is wrong about the location of the cgi-bin, I wonder if the paths to sendmail and perl are wrong too.

    Any Ideas?

The cgi-sys directory is virtual. It actually resides in the cpanel directory buried in /usr. Matt's script should work fine on a cPanel box and is extremely easy to configure, you may also want to consider NMS: http://nms-cgi.sourceforge.net/formmail_compat-3.09c1.tar.gz

So there is no way to test the formail clone until the domain propagates? Where do I point the form action? How do I access the form to configure it, or does cpanel configure it automaticly?

There is nothing to configure. Point your form to the cgi-sys formmail binary and configure your form accordingly using html variables.

If you want to have complete control, download & use the NMS form mail script I linked to above.

I do not see the cgi-sys, so am I to point my form action to domain.com/cgi-sys/formmail.cgi ?

And it will not work on a preview site correct?

That's the correct way to post to it.

I'm not sure the form mail script will work correctly until dns propagates.
