Change Admin; send invite to new user

Novice user.
1. Where can I search for the answers to questions like this:

2. I wish to remove the default Admin and make myself and an associate Admins.

3. I have added myself as user. I have received no invite. I have not found a way to send an invite.

4. Is there a way to be noticed at my email when there is a response to this post?

I don't quite understand this question, admin of what? Are you asking to remove yourself as the cPanel admin user?

Again, more specifics would be helpful here, you've added yourself as a user to what? And how did you add yourself?
