Change cpanel code

Hello, i am programer but this is the first time i use this forum so i sorry if this post is not in the right place.

i download a free skin for cpanel and i wish to add it other features because i have cpanel and i know there are more things i can do with...
when i edited de code of the skin (i dont know if you call it skin, sorry) there were special tags like

<cpanel CustInfo="getemail()">

and i wish to know if there is a list of dis tags for mi using in the skin or how i can do it.

Sorry for mi bad english (i am spanish) and sorry if this is somthing stupid (i am not sure) or if this is not the place for this post.
