change default skins, but doesnt work

This has been a problem for a while, and it occurs on all my cpanel servers

in Edit Setup, I change the Default Skin to the one I choose, but it NEVER works, every account I setup is still using Advanced

anyone else have this issue? I know it occurs on all 3 of my servers.

too bad openBB sucks so bad when i click that link it just takes me to a page that says YOU ARE ALREADY LOGGED IN.

this occurs frequently when searching of just browsing forums, sorry for the hostility just VERY aggravating when trying to find out something
