Change E-mail quota?

I have a customer that created an E-mail address in their Cpanel, and now it's out of space. The default quota for an E-mail is 10 Meg.

I can't find a way to adjust that. It appears the only place you can change the quota is when you set up the account.

Is there a way to change that somewhere? Edit a file, something?

We are running WHM 5.2.0 and Cpanel 5.3.0-S3

When changing the password it allows to change the quota too.

Ahh, it wasn't in my screen. I'm using the Vertex theme, and it seems to be missing some things like the Change Quota button.

I can't get the web site for that theme to come up, but I'm going to try and contact the author to see if they will update it.
