Change internal ip address asking me for a license

Hi,
I am busy building an internal QA site for the company.

I installed the server with 1 IP address but had to change it.
now i am getting this message .

Unactivated License File
To access the interface, you must install the license and ensure that the license is active.

I only changed the internal IP ,and only been using it for a few hours.

I also registered my email address for a trial license , i got the email but not sure what to do next.

the plan is to buy a license once everything is working but i currently need the 14 days trial, please advise.
do i need to reinstall?
