Change IP for sub domains

Hallo.

I have WHM and Cpanel on a VPS server.

My main domain "domain.com" have a dedicated IP because i use SSL EV certificate on the main domain.
All my sub domains which are now 37 subdomains have the Cpanel error page (Headline: Default website page) because of the IP of these sites are wrong. My subs should have another IP than my main website. How can i get this to work? Have tried almost everthing in WHM/Cpanel and can't get this to work. If i change the website IP I'll change the main domain IP too and it will stop work.

Help?! Appreciate all help!

Keep in mind, you might have the IP's set right on the server end, but if DNS is wrong or has not propagated then you may get the default site page. It should go without saying, but always ensure your DNS records match the IP address(es) that the server is configured for.
