I recently attempted to change the IP of one of our accounts using the Change IP function within WHM. For some reason the routine is dying, and although WHM now shows the account as being assigned to the new IP, the domain is no longer reachable. Instread, we receive a WHM error message: "There is no website configured at this address."

I tried to change it back to the original IP, but the change IP routine keeps freezing. Any ideas? Thanks.

You can manually edit the httpd.conf, named etc if the change IP function from WHM is not working. But after you change the IP the site may appear down at certain locations. That is normal and that might be the case with you. Did you check whether it is resolving fine from with in the server and loading the correct page?
