    Hi,

I need to change my main server IP.

Normally I simple edit the /etc/sysconfig/network-scriptsifcfg-eth0 with the new IP

Is this sufficient? Will cpanel assume the new IP or I need to do someting else.

    Thanks.

cPanel will use the IP address configured on eth0 or the device configured in /etc/wwwacct.conf (ETHDEV) if different. Bear in mind that you'll have to move your cPanel license to the new IP address and you may need to alter the settings for the ADDR field in that file.
