Where can I change the directory that whm uses to prepare an account move so that it doesn't use /tmp.

How does one initiate a single account back-up from within whm?

I apologize if the answers to this are in these forums, but I can't find them.

    Thanks for your help

You may need to upade your cpanel. I believe (and someone correct me if I am wrong) that cpanel USED to use /tmp a while ago for the move file, but the default location now is /home/cpmove.

    I am on 10.1 r82

It uses the /tmp directory on the remote server causing it to fill up rather quickly. Is there not a way to just create a back-up of a single account and move it? I also have a problem that occurs when the account is created it doesn't bring any of the public files over.
