I need to change the root directory from /www to a different directory.

Basically I want to change my root directory to point here: http://www.myjobiscrap.com/home/ .... which is the /home directory. I do not want to set this up as a redirect. Is there a way to set the root directory with one of the config files? I didn't see a way to do it in the CPanel...

Thanks

I installed post-nuke CMS to the /home directory - and created a flash intro for the site index.

I now want the CMS index page in the /home directory to load as the site index...main purpose for this is for search engine optimazation on the home page as the flash page is not good for this.

Simply moving the files to the root directory will break some of the configuration on the CMS.
