I was using a self signed certificate in WHM/cpanel and have now purchased one from geotrust to use. Only problem is it always seems to go back to using the self signed cert.

I go into WHM and choose change Cpanel/WHM certificate and enter the .crt and the .key and it takes everything, and I also have restarted HTTPD, but when I go back to WHM I still get the warning about the untrusted certificate provider. If I view the certification path I see the certificate is self-signed.

    Any ideas?
