I am moving all websites from an old server to a new server. OK, this is my situation. I hope I can explain it clearly.

Old server: is used as the main domain/account -
New server: is used as the main domain/account -

To connect to WHM in the old server, I used to point to

Now to connect to WHM in the new server, I have to point to

So now becomes an ordinary account on the new server - i.e., no longer as the main account (because the main domain/account is now But the existing SSL certificate belongs to And has no SSL certificate.

After migrating the website, I get problems with the SSL cert of I tried to delete it under cPanel of but it said it is a system cert and cannot be deleted.

What should I do? Does it help if I delete the's cert in the old server and redo the migration?
