I want to give one account a dedicated ip address, so i went to whm->change site's ip address. But after i changed it, it is said "done" in whm page. But when i ping this site(frullatidalls.com), it is still the shared ip address. And the worst thing is that the website seems gone. What shall i do? Many thanks in advance!

changing a sites IP address means the DNS records changing, therefore you have propogation time which can be anything from 4 to 72 hours dependant on ISP's dns caching time, the site will disapeer until the dns has resolved properly

As you were changing the ip address of the site, you may have got a warning below that the changed ip needs time for the propagation.
Have patience till the new ip address propagates all arround the globe.
