I refer to:
http://forums.cpanel.net/showthread.php?t=30159

and change the default SSH port from default 22 to some other,
and restart SSH, got kick-out, and then...
I can never get connected again!!

The result to telnet original 22 port or the new one, all get the same result:
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection refused

What should I do now to fix it? :(

Did you change the port # in your ssh client that you connect with?

If so, and you still cannot connect. You most likley will need to contact your host or NOC to have them reset it back to 22

If you are running a firewall you need to open the new port on the firewall in order to connect. You might need to contact your datacenter and have them use terminal to either change port back or open the new port in your firewall.

But since the root password is owned by me, and I cannot ssh in the server (due to the connection rejection).

Then how to the data center reset the port ? They cannot ssh into the server as well, can they?
