I want to change on subdomain MX Records to work with Google APS.

All I need to do is to change the MX to this: ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM and after this..all the email that are sent to: user@subdomain.domain.com to be sent and stored to Google.

Can I make this from my CP or I need to ask my Administrator?

You should be able to change your mx record from within your cPanel account. It's under the Mail category: "Modify Mail Exchanger (MX Entry)"

Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand...
