    They run "randomly" at some point during the day. I am fairly certain there is no way of changing this.

    If anyone from CPanel would like to tell me anything different, I would love to hear about it.

    <background>
    Stats run roughly 24 hours from the last time they ran.

    if you look at /home/<name>/tmp you will see two files lastrun and lastrun.bw. They are empty, the time/date is what is important. These files are put there every time cpanel runs stats on that site.

    cpanellogd runs all the time in the background (`ps ax | grep cpanellogd` to see it). Every onece in a while (I'm guessing 5 - 10 min) it checks the date/time of these lastrun files and if the current time is 24 hours past the lastrun time, it runs stats again.
    </background>

    So here's how you fix your problem. At the time you want your stats to run, log in to your box as root and do this:

    # for f in /home/*/tmp/lastrun* ; do rm -f $f; done

    within 10 min or so cpanellogd will see that they are gone and will run stats for your domains. After that, the lastrun date/time will be set to the time you want your stats to run.

    Thank you dev.null for posting this solution -- this really needs to be in some kind of FAQ, it took me many days to finally find this thread and this solution ;)
