How would I change this time ?

I've checked the crontab, but can't see anything that would be related to this.

    Any help appreciated.

    Thanks

Logwatch runs daily as determined by the /etc/crontab directives (on Linux based distributions).

Just be aware that making changes to /etc/crontab will affect all daily cron jobs listed in /etc/cron.daily/.

Indeed. It's would be better to remove the symlink for logwatch from /etc/cron.daily/ and run the script directly at a time of your choosing within the normal root crontab (via crontab -e).
