Change to non standard login to controlpanel method of Cpanel

I would like to change login method or link login to controlpanel of CPanel software to another method like

www.cpanel.net/whm to www.cpanel.net/private

or www.cpanel.net/cpanel to www.cpanel.net/mycp

or www.cpanel.net:2087 to www.cpanel.net:1080

Do you have any advide or suggestion?

Check your httpd.conf for lines that look like this, and add new ones accordingly:


ScriptAlias /cpanel /usr/local/cpanel/cgi-sys/redirect.cgi
ScriptAlias /whm /usr/local/cpanel/cgi-sys/whmredirect.cgi

Not sure about the cPanel listen ports. This used to be handled in stunnel.conf I believe, but I think cPanel has moved away from stunnel.
