I'd just edit the valias file directly.
    /etc/valiases/domain.com

With a secure ftp program, download that file, add the entry, and upload it.

Thanks.. I am going to give this a shot. I have a good program to download root files in ftp.
But, I have never downloaded/uploaded files in ssh..... could you enlighten me here as well if there is a way?
BTW, thank you, I appreciate your help and guidance.

I don't even know if it's possible to download or upload with ssh. I just use SecureFX to download/upload everything.

Most of my server is also on my home computers hard drive. That's how I study my server and play with it. ;)

Just go into CPanel and add a mail forward ... forward subscribe at your domain to |/home/path/to/the/script.cgi

That's all you need to do ;)
