Change username+email.com and [email protected]

I want to change these to [email protected] and [email protected]

We are about to migrate ~400 emails from a custom Postfix server to cpanel email.

However, I do not want to have to have them change all of their outlook clients/misc other clients to a username+ for incoming and [email protected] for outgoing.

Please advise.

Can't open a ticket as our reseller that we have our box through is offering us cpanel as a package, and we don't get a login through them.
