Change VirtualHost in httpd.conf as user

    Is there a way through the admin panel to change settings so that I can allow Dynamic Subdomains. Instructions I am trying to follow are on the url below. I can to the BIND but not the Apache changes. NOTE: I am a user not the owner of this box.

    cPanel Access Level:
    Root Administrator
    only root can change the httpd.conf file other then the whm/cpanel adding hosts that is.
