Change WHM date format?

Hello, can someone please point me in the direction of where I can change the locale in WHM to something that makes sense, for example ISO 8601 or even DD-MM-YYYY. Also change time format to 24 hours clock. The language is set to English and my server is set to en-gb but in cPanel emails I still see this:

AutoSSL certificate expiry on 11/15/18 UTC

The AutoSSL certificate expires on Nov 15, 2018 at 12:00:00 AM UTC.

In Europe we have only 12 months in each year.

The only place which to change the time in WHM is at WHM>>Server Configuration>>Server Time but that won't modify the date format. I think that's a great feature request and I encourage you to open a feature request for it using the link in my signature.
