    There are allways cPanel updates, and with the cPanel updates, there are allways bugfixes, and with those bugfixes, new bugs may ocurr.

    I tend not to update cPanel so it doesn't create bugs on my system, but I allways end up doing it by any reason. It would be good to have a complete changelog for each release or stable version, so we know what will change if we update, and what would not.

    eg.

    cPanel 11.24.4

    * R33562
    - security to something added
    - fixed bug #1347 (with a link to ticket / bugzilla / text explanation / something)
    - added roundcube

    * R33561
    - added something else..

    That as an example, but it would be really good to know what will happen when you update.

    This is the phpBB changelog to give an example: http://www.phpbb.com/support/documents.php?mode=changelog

    We currently offer Changelogs at http://changelog.cpanel.net where you can select which build you want a changelog for and then even have that presented as a RSS feed. This will allow you to receive the cPanel update information relevant to your servers, in your RSS reader.
