Minor Changes:
curl 7.15.5 is latest not 7.1.5.3
expat 2.0 has been out for quite some time.
libxml and libxlst I believe these also have newer versions
Core Changes:
don't recompile expat curl libxml libxlst etc if they're up to date every single time.
Cpanel Audits:
Audit php modules and make sure those are up to date.
Pear post install changes:
run pear upgrade-all after easyapache runs to update pear.
