Sounds to me like a browser cache issue.

I've tried to clear cache, and from another browser, still not saving any changes. I even tried to delete html page, its still opening in browser. How can I delete cache from server?

Did you just move the account to a new server? You might be editing a file on the wrong server.

You might try opening the page in a "Private Window" in firefox, or "Incognito Window" in Chrome to see if that makes a difference.

If you edit a page via cPanel File Manager, save properly, and open it back up for editing and note the changes are still there, the problem is most likely on your end, not server side.

Do you have root access to the server? Are you running any manually installed addons for caching?

Yes, changes are still there, but I can't see them on site. I tried private window, still the same. I also tried from a different PC, no changes.

I have access to root. I haven't installed any addons.
