Changing a User to a New IP

We have been facing several problems with email reputation due to the fact that it was configured for all users to use the same IP even for sending email, we are going to acquire some IPs and moving some clients to a dedicated IP.
But the email must be configured correctly, DKIM and SPF, etc.

Do you have any step-by-step instructions or documentation on how to configure it per customer?
