I tried the search function here but it didn't bring up much so here is my question:

Is there any way to change the default domain.com/cpanel domain.com/whm /webmail access?

The second thing is port numbers - any way to change them too?

I am basically launching a new big service and I don't want people messing around with usernames and passwords.

    Any help is welcome :)

the /cpanel & /whm urls are aliased in the apache config although a cpanel update would probably switch them back, I dont know for sure but I assume there is a seperate apache config for binding to cpanels ports, you would need to change those but I have absolutly no idea the implications of doing so
