add another scritpalias to httpd.conf

ScriptAlias /cpaneladmin /usr/local/cpanel/cgi-sys/redirect.cgi

as for the port i dont know

The settings for having http://example.com/cpanel redirect to http(s)://example.com:208X are present in the main Apache configuration - /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf - the settings related to /cpanel, /whm and /webmail are all grouped together so they should be easy enough to spot.

Concerning the port, I don't believe it can be changed due to it being hard-coded into cPanel's bits and pieces.

I just asked because I have two websites that show up as different ports when I log into their CPanels.
