Please help me, going mad with this! I am trying to change to main shared IP for a reseller.

I have gone to 'RESELLER CENTER' - 'RESELLER MODIICATIONS' - Manage Ip Delegation AND Manage Main Shared/Ipless Ip.

I have changed the IP in both of these places and given it 2 days but new accounts are still being created on another shared IP. Am I missing somehwere else I have to edit. I realise I can change IP on a site by site basis but I really need to change the shared IP.

Any ideas, anyone? Thanks in advance

What you did, should work (it works for me in any case). However, if you are creating the new accounts while logged in root, the IP address set in Basic cPanel/WHM Setup will apply. Is that perhaps the problem?

If you the WHM manual is your last hope, it means you are totally lost. Good luck ;)

Contact the person who does login as root and have them make the change.

Logged in as ROOT and STILL not working! I don't get this, must be missing something. If or when I do find out I will post solution here.
