Changing Domain and Nameservers

Hello,

Recently i've bought a reseller account and start to selling it with olddomain.cz.cc (Which is a free domain) and today i've bought a newdomain.com.

What i want to ask is when i change it to my newdomain.com is there anyway that all my client account who already use ns1.olddomain.cz.cc,ns2.olddomain.cz.cc still pointing toward my server ?

Also i don't know where to ask so i decided to ask here about Nameservers. The company where i bought my domain allowed me to register nameservers through their client area (WHMCS script) and i am now confuse as should i change my nameserver through WHM or through that client area or both ?
