Hi, I just recently handed over a domain, and I do not know how to change where the cPanel goes. Example: I had www.example.com and i switched to www.example2.com

how do i switch the cPanel?

If you want to keep the content from example1.com and use it for example2.com, it would probably be easiest to make a backup, delete the old account with the old domain, recreate the account with the old name but the new domain, then restore.

If you just want to change the domain name from www.example.com to www.example2.com, then you can change it from WHM >> Account Functions >> Modify an Account, Select the domain and click Modify,Infront of Domain, change the domain name from www.example.com to www.example2.com and Save it, WHM will change the domain name and update all the config files accordingly.

WHM is Admin panel.... Do you have root access to your server..? if no then please ask your host to help you out as there is no way you can change it from Cpanel.

Then you need to request your hosting provider to change your domain name because it can be changed from the WHM(Web Host Manager).
