Changing Email Password Issue

i try to send a email throught SMTP and show authentication failed.. well im going to change the account

then when i try to change the password of a account, show me "you dont have account call ***@***.com...

¿?¿?¿?

On the Cpanel Error Log show me this:
[2017-06-01 16:06:56 +0000] warn [Email::passwdpop] Encountered error in Email::passwdpop: (XID txp3rs) Usted no tiene una cuenta de correo electrónico llamada “*****@******.es”.



What happen?

Hello,

Do you see any entries for that email account in the /home/$username/etc/$domain.tld/passwd or /home/$username/etc/$domain.tld/shadow files? Can you create this email user as a new email account via the "Email Accounts" option in cPanel?
