Hey people. I am very new to whm (well full server admin). i have had a reseller account for about two years now and i think it was time to go for the big dedicated server. One thing i have noticed is that when i create an account it doesn't make a local php.ini file. Any way the point. I have found the location of my php.ini file and it is in the directory of /usr/local/lib/php.ini How do i get to it to change it. I have tried to login via ftp using my root password but does not work. Can someone please help.

ftp as root is disabled by default. If you are trying to access to the server to modify changes, you may login as SSH by using Putty.
