Hello,

If you are only changing the IP for that particular account and staying on the same subnet, all you need to do is change it in /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf and in /etc/proftpd.conf. You might also want to change it in /var/cpanel/users/user.

Restart Apache, proftpd and you are all set. Make sure you have added the IP through WHM before you do any of the above.

The problem is, I do not see an entry for the domain in proftp as it is, so how do I know what to enter? Im staying on the same server, I just want to switch the default IP that CPanel uses, for the Dedicated IP that my reseller got with his account.
