Changing Mail Exchange Records [moved]

Hello,

I am new to Cpanel and have a question in relation to MX records. I have registered a domain and am hosting a website. I am using CPanel. My email is being looked after at another server. The comapny have sent me their MX server details to point to. How do I change it so that all email sent to my domain is routed to this external mx server ?
