This seems to be a recurring thread from the searches I've run, but I thought I'd try to see if anyone has any experience to share.

We have a customer who we migrated from one server to another. After completing the migration, we changed the IP address to the IP of the old server.

The problem is that the new IP address we used temporarily is still showing up as the main IP address of the server even though we changed the network configuration and the configuration in WHM (Main Shared Virtual Host IP).

Is there some way to force WHM to see the new IP address as default?

Have you tried editing the config file via SSH for the interface itself? I've never tried doing this, but I think it should work.

I apologize for not being more specific.

The IP addresses are already configured with no issues.

It's only the WHM configuration that we're having trouble with.
