Here's an example of how the server is setup. Servers ip is 1.2.3.110 and there are two sites using the main shared ip which is 1.2.3.110. What I want to do is change the main shared ip to 1.2.3.118 so that the servers ip isn't the main shared ip. I tried changing the main shared ip under settings to 1.2.3.118 and then changing the dns info for the 2 sites to match the new ip, but it didn't work. When I use Change Site's IP under Account Functions it still says 1.2.3.110 is the main shared ip even though i changed it to .118 under settings. Anyone know how I can fix this?

change the main server ip back to 1.2.3.110 at Server Setup ==> Edit Setup

At : Main >> Account Functions >> Change Site's IP Address ; change both these sites ip address to 118.

now get back to Server Setup ==> Edit Setup and change the main server ip.

I can't change them both to 118 because once I assign it to one site it is removed from the list of available ips.
