From what I am reading in various threads the 'change ownership' function from WHM does not work all that well. I found this out myself when I changed ownership of several accounts and in the master WHM they show changed. But when I logon to the old WHM they are still there. The new acct does not show them - but it owns them.

So I have seen that there are files/directories that can be modified in /var/cpanel.

What do you do when the acctname.accts does not match up with what is in the users directory? Can one rebuild the other?

And has anybody opened a ticket on this feature that is not working from WHM ? If not I'll do so in a heartbeat.
