Ok I changed the hostname and I edited /etc/resolv.conf but I go to 'Manage Nameserver IPs' now in WHM and when I delete 207.44.xxx.xxx | ns1.mydomain.com so I can add 207.44.xxx.xxx | ns1.mym8sdomain.net it tells me it can't delete it because it's still registered with an ICANN registrar. I no longer have permission to this domain so can't change anything in the regisrtrar. What do I do???

    Try manually editing /etc/nameserverips.
