changing pass for ftp user - cpanel area

when a user changes a pass, he gets the following

Ftp Account Maintenance
Account Password Changed
The ftp account asad was successfully modified.
Syntax Mismatch



any fix for it?

He also said &i deleted the account and created another withe same name and other password, and than it still doesnt work..&
