Changing permision [a fatal error or timeout occurred ...]

    Hi ,
    I transfered a rar backup of a windows server to my Linux VPS and extracted it .
    I can rename/move/chmod this directory from SSH . But from cPanel this error appears when the end user wants to change permissions for it from File Manager in cPanel.

    "[a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]"


    Every other directory is working with no issue.

    What should I do with this directory that has a lot of subs that they are also has the same problem ?

    Which user owns the file?

    First step is to verify that the files from the extracted archive are owned by
    the user that needs to access those files ....

    That could be related to a permission issue but more times than not usually
    means one or more required Perl libraries are missing from the system.
