Hello, I am new to cPanel & not technical in this area. We had a need to change our cPanel password & I was able to do this successfully. To verify it, I tried signing back into cPanel using the old password & it let me! With a warning message that I was logged in with the Root / Reseller password. I would like to also change the Root / Reseller password so that this old password is no longer available. Can someone please advise me on how to do this? Thank you.

In WHM, top left corner, find the search tool. Type in root. Find 'Change Root Password' in the result.
